Nursery to host fundraiser

Bright Stars is holding the event in order to raise funds for the charity, which supports people with mental health problems across the UK.

It will take place from 10am to 2pm on Saturday. There will be lots of fun and games for children, as well as the chance to explore Bright Star’s large outdoor area with its nature garden, vegetable patch and bug hotel.

Grown-ups will be invited to buy tea and cakes, win raffle prizes and browse book stalls.

Bright Stars nursery manager Sharon Jones said: “I’m looking forward to seeing lots of familiar faces as well as meeting new people from the community. It will be a lovely opportunity for us all to get together in support of a wonderful cause.”
