Property that was home to a 40-year-old Brighouse business is still up for sale

A warehouse and showroom that was once home to Artisan Fireplace Design in Brighouse is up for sale.

Phoenix Mill, Phoenix Street is a substantial three-storey former mill of traditional stone-built construction with an extension to the first floor level.

The premises is on the market with Walker Singleton and they have recently reduced the price to £650,000.

It was previously home to Brighouse-based Artisan Fireplace Design, a retailer of gas, electric and woodburning stoves, that ceased to trade earlier this year following 40 years of business.
