Safety warning after traffic light failure
Motorists going through Elland are being warned to drive with care after traffic lights at a busy junction failed.
The lights on the B6112 Stainland Road at the B6113 Rochdale Road junction failed this afternoon (Tuesday).
Motorists should approach with care.
