Santa Claus is coming to town

From Saturday, November 26, visitors will be able to meet Santa at the Westgate Arcade Grotto. Helped out by a team elves, Santa will be at the centre so that young visitors can visit him, get their photos taken and even receive an early Christmas present.

There will also be Christmas lights and decorations throughout the arcade and a school brass bands performing carols in the run up to Christmas Eve.

Nick Holdsworth, manager at Westgate Arcade, said: “The activity sums up exactly what we are trying to achieve at the arcade, giving people extra incentive to visit Halifax and support retailers and tenants with added activity.”
