Fax star opens school library
Halifax RLFC star Luke Ambler called in at Field Lane Primary School, Rastrick, to officially open its new library.
Luke, who had visited the school previously, was so impressed with the children’s reading activities that he asked to come back and do the honours. Headteacher Vanessa Dear said it was great that Luke came in to talk to the children about the importance of reading.
