Woolshops reached out to Trinity Sixth Form Academy who opened their doors in the heart of Halifax town centre with their brand-new state of the art building.

The students in the art department were keen to take on the shop front commission and help Woolshops welcome back their loyal customers.

Woolshops commissioned five art students; Aeryn Waddington, Eva Knott, Faye Rhodes, Jess Bairstow and Joe Reeves to help work on the design.

Together they were able to create a vinyl art display that’s featured in the NOSH window of the shopping centre.

Alongside Woolshops, the students considered what Halifax means to them to create a piece of art that celebrates the local community that many of them have grown up in. The students were keen to reflect how proud they are to be part of such a culturally diverse and vibrant town, rich with personality and history.
