"It's been a really emotional time for NHS staff and I thought making a TikTok video might be a good way to get the message across.

"The response and support we've had has been amazing. We've been inundated with people commenting and sharing the video, when I last checked it had over 4,700 views," said Helen.

Health Care Assistant Tammy Goins. Dietician Mel Langley, Staff Nurse Angelina Bozvic and Health Care assistant Tracy Plant, joined Helen in the video, wearing their scrubs and signs that said 'Stay at Home.'

The group hope that the video will inspire the public to follow NHS guidelines and limit their social contact as much as possible.

"The outbreak is a very serious issue and we're working really hard to make sure we can look after people to the best of our ability. We're here saving lives and we want people to really think about what they're doing and to stay home as much as possible," said Helen.

During the outbreak Helen's parents and her son have had to isolate.

"Thank you to all my family, my husband Neil and my son Jamie for all their support during this difficult time. Jamie is currently in isolation in London, as parents this is a very worrying situation, but we hope to see you again soon."

Clinical Support Manager Ruth Inlay said: "I'm really proud of the girls for putting a smile on everyone's face."
