Futuresound Events and The Piece Hall Trust were set to deliver Live at the Piece Hall in a few months time.

Hide AdTop music acts including the Kaiser Chiefs , The Specials and the Manic Street Preachers were due to perform in a series of shows at the Grade I listed building.
However due the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown regulations in place the event has been postponed.
In a statement from The Piece Hall Trust: "Due to the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19, The Piece Hall Trust and promoters Futuresound Events have taken the difficult decision to postpone ‘Live at The Piece Hall’ to September 2020, with The Specials moving to Friday 2nd July 2021.

We remain committed to ensuring that The Piece Hall remains a safe and enjoyable venue for all visitors, artists, staff and our traders.
"All tickets remain valid for the new dates.
"We are still hugely excited about bringing world-renowned artists to Halifax when we are all beyond this difficult period. Thank you for your enthusiasm and support for our live events, please hold onto your tickets and we will see you in September!."

September 11, 2020 – Richard Hawley
September 12 – Kaiser Chiefs
September 13 – Kaiser Chiefs
September 18 – Jack Savoretti
September 19 – Shed Seven
September 20 – Manic Street Preachers
The Specials gig has been rescheduled for July 2 2021
