A Grade I listed building is noted to be of "exceptional interest".
5. Church of St Mary
This Elland church was given listed status back in 1968. Some stones date back to the 12th century but most of the present church is thought to be from the 13th and 14th centuries.
6. Church of St Peter
Used as a location of the BBC/HBO hit Gentleman Jack, this Sowerby church dates back to the 1760s. This stunning piece of architecture was Grade I listed in 1966.
7. Todmorden Town Hall
This 19th century hall was designed by John Gibson. On the outside there is carved stonework featuring two central female figures, one representing Lancashire and the other represents Yorkshire.
8. Kershaw House
This Luddenden Foot house dates back to the 17thcentury. In1650 a rose window was added by Thomas and Anne Murgatroydwho left their initials carved in stone below the window. This former house is now used as a pub.
