1. Savile Park
Saville Park in Halifax looking very different during the Second World War as it was ploughed up for food production.
2. North Bridge
Now home to a leisure centre, from 1880 to 1974 there was a train station at North Bridge. It was served on the Halifax and Ovenden Junction Railway
3. Halifax Railway Station
Here's an early picture of Halifax Railway station and the bridge leading to it opposite the bottom of Horton Street.
4. Nestle Factory
We all know the Nestle Factory in Halifax but here's a slightly different view of the iconic landmark back when it was Rowntree Mackintosh in 1974.
