Eureka children's museum prepares to re-open and welcome back families

Eureka the national children's museum is set to re-open in August after months being shut.

The popular attraction will be re-opened on Saturday August 8.

The museum has made important changes that visitors will be asked to follow.

All visits must be booked in advance including those with annual passes.

The museum has said it is the best way to limit the number of visitors.

Visitors will be asked to choose a time slot and. This will enable staff to to manage the number of people in the museum at any time, but also to keep queuing to a minimum.

Those with annual passes will be extended

For example if you missed out on a month, the museum will add a month after reopening,

The museum will also focusing on the rules of; Stay together: Please explore and play within your visiting group, following current social distancing guidelines
