Manning Stainton has come up with the perfect Christmas present for those wanting to buy and sell their home this festive season - the region’s top selling estate agent is now available from 8am until 8pm, seven days a week, the longest opening hours of any high street agent in Yorkshire.

Mark Manning, sales director at the firem, said the move was designed to make it easier than ever for buyers and sellers to get in touch when it suits them.

He said: “As part of our ongoing commitment to helping people move we looked carefully at the times our customers wanted assistance and quickly realised we needed to be far more flexible and ready to respond way beyond traditional opening times.

“So whether it is making a viewing appointment, booking a free valuation, arranging to see one of our independent mortgage advisers or simply needing advice and guidance, our team of property professionals have all bases firmly covered to ensure an outstanding customer experience.”

It’s not the first time the firm has shown its generosity - it has sponsored a number of local sporting clubs, including Yeadon Cricket Club, a member of the JCT600 Bradford League, which needed a new training and warm up top for their senior teams.

In November, they backed North East Leeds FC Aces - the 20 strong squad play in the Garforth Football Under 10’s League and their smart appearance has led to equally stylish performances on the pitch, including a 12–0 win.

Through its community fund, Manning Stainton supports over 50 local initiatives and groups every year, putting up £4,000 this year alone.
