An arrest has been made after a man was assaulted in Halifax town centre in the early hours of the morning.
The incident happened at around 12.25am this morning (Monday) on Silver Street.
The 34-year-old victim was taken to Leeds General Infirmary and a 29-year-old male was arrested and remains in custody.
