Hide AdHead teacher Mungo Sheppard said the incident is terribly sad news and it has had a knock on effect for children and parents.
""Parents and children are devastated. I've had to explain to the children what has happened and showed them pictures in assembly.
"A lot of them were visibly upset and they now now feel unsafe."
"Ordinarily children go into the building and role play and it has been a really nice feature for a few years.

"The site staff have been fantastic - they were there past 11pm making the area secure.
"It is massively disappointing as the children cant go out and play in that area. the building is set to be demolished now.
"It is now going to cost us to replace it. The whole thing has left a real sour taste. It could have been a lot worse as the fire could have spread to the fencing and spread to the school building."
Mr Sheppard added that the police have been notified over the incident.
