Two brave youngsters officially opened Halifax Chiropractic Centre’s new premises on Clare Road.
Amelie Gledhill, five, who has a growth-limiting syndrome and Joshua Martina-Hopkins, eight, who was left brain damaged after contracting a sickness bug when he was one, were guests of honour at the opening.
After 22 years at its previous location in Prescott Street, the centre has moved to Clare Road.
Owners, Justin and Ann Bartholomew, were joined by staff Roland Berman and Julie Cryer and patients for the opening by two local brave children who both face a lifetime of difficulties.
Joshua Martina-Hopkins and Amelie Gledhill cut the ribbon to the new centre.
Last year the centre raised more than £1,500 for Amelie’s Fund and hopes to match that this year for Joshua’s Trust.
