Hoping to make the money go further, Broadsides have started to make friends with businesses in the area who have been able to contribute to the project by offering donations.
Arnold Laver have supplied a kitchen and worktops, Brian Slattery Plumbers have supplied sanitary ware and Harvey’s of Halifax have supplied kitchen equipment.
Northern Broadsides would like to hear from any other businesses who could help by providing other materials such as suspended ceilings, light fittings, sockets and switches, carpet tiles, sofas and chairs, laminate flooring, ply wood, toilets, electric showers, paint, a Belfast sink and wall mirrors.
