‘Inspiring Change’ was on the menu at a breakfast presentation organised by Kate Hardcastle for inspirational women from across the region, ahead of International Women’s Day (March 8).
Women from the world’s of business, music, charity and sport met at the Inspire Change conference and heard inspirational insights from guest speakers BBC’s Tanya Arnold, musician Chantel McGregor, CEO of the Diana Awards Tessy Ojo and Endometriosis UK representative Michelle Middleton, at the Malmaison, Leeds.
Kate Hardcastle said: “Women from all walks of life have similar challenges and we wanted to bring together lots of inspirational women to be a forum for making positive changes.
“We’re all happy to get on in life and meet the next challenge as positively as we can, but helping others and the next generation is where we can really make a difference.”
She said many inspiring women, were able to exchange stories, inspire each other and take some inspiration away with them.
This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is ‘Inspiring Change’.
