THE celebrity chef Rosemary Shrager is holding two workshops at The Cooking School, Dean Clough, Halifax.
On April 21 she will hold a “Master Class in Duck” and on June 16 “Sweet Treats and Desserts.”
The TV chef and author will be cooking with executive head chef Matthew Benson-Smith.
The courses are £225 per person and include lunch and refreshments.
Rosemary is currently finalising her next book in the Absolutely Foolproof series which is due out soon.
Also coming up in 2012 are courses ranging from bread making to cakes, butchery and fish. All courses use the freshest ingredients and produce, all locally sourced wherever possible.
Profits from The Cooking School are gifted to the Focus on Food Campaign which, each year, teaches 42,000 young people to cook and 2,500 teachers to teach cooking.
