One of the UK’s leading independent culinary schools, the Ashburton Cookery School based in Devon, is bringing it’s award-winning cookery training to Dean Clough.
“Over the years we have been asked many times if we would open another training centre outside of Devon”, says the school’s founder and CEO, Stella West-Harling, “and so we are really excited to be bringing our courses to Dean Clough, which has fantastic kitchen facilities.”
Courses range from a chef foundation courses to full culinary diploma’s in cuisine and patisserie.
The school is already enrolling students at the Halifax campus for their certificate in professional cookery in January 2016. Ashburton also plan to offer courses aimed at home cooks and cover a range of cuisines and skill levels.
