CHADWICK Lawrence, which operates from Halifax, has merged with Godloves Solicitors.

The move projects the company fully into Leeds city centre to fulfil its positioning as “Yorkshire’s Legal People.”

Chadwick Lawrence recently announced a record increase in profits during the last financial year.

The firm identified that Godloves shared a similar ethos and approach to its own and Godloves welcomed the additional resource for itself and its clients which comes with being a bigger team.

Chadwick Lawrence will continue to operate from Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, adding Dock Street in central Leeds, plus three satellite offices in Chapel Allerton, Beeston and Garforth to its existing Pudsey and Morley locations.

The company will operate under the Chadwick Lawrence name with Jeremy Garside as Senior Partner.

Paul Carvis and Kumer Ali previously Partners with Godloves will become Partners in the new firm with Paul becoming the manager of the Leeds Office and Kumer Head of Property Litigation.

The Chadwick Lawrence branding has been refreshed to include some of Godloves’ key attributes.
