Three beers from the Crag Vale brewery - Hebden’s Wheat, Python IPA and Ginger Pale Ale are included in a new book highlighting 300 of the World’s best beers.
“300 More Beers To Try Before You Die!” written by renowned beer writer Roger Protz features beers from all over the globe
The story behind each beer, its ingredients and brewing methods as well as Roger’s tasting notes are shared with the reader.
Python IPA was described as: “Tart citrus fruit, freshly harvested grain and bitter hops dominate the palate while the finish is long and complex with spicy hops, tart fruit, toasted malt and the continuing hint of butterscotch.’
Master brewer Wim van de Spek said: “It’s a real honour that three out of the eight bottled and cask beers that we produce were chosen by Roger to be featured in his book.
“With such a prestigious and diverse line-up of beers from around the world I’m delighted we have such a strong profile in the book. “
Little Valley is one of only a dozen or so wholly organic breweries in the UK.
