The Mill Group, which was founded in Elland, has opened an office in Leeds city centre and recruited new staff as part of its expansion.
The video production company has grown to more than 30 employees over the past five years because of its growing client base in the retail, housing, health and recruitment sectors.
The Mill has opened its doors at Victoria Wharf, Leeds as well as expanding in the original Elland building.
Managing director James Titterington said: “What makes us different is the way we work in meaningful partnerships with our clients – really getting to the heart of their strategy.
“By doing this we get to grips with how to communicate their culture in the most engaging and cost effective way with evidence of return on investment.
“To compliment this we add our attitude of putting our customers first to create an experience to remember with our forward thinking ways of working and great multi-skilling.
“The result is we always strive to find new and innovative ways to deliver our partners’ projects.”
Recent additions to the team are Annabel Hibbard who becomes the Leeds office’s account director and two new heads of creative production, Richard Nunn and Dee Grismond.
The Mill was formed by James 24 years ago and began life as a graphic design agency, establishing itself with a Prince’s Trust Youth Business Fund of £1,500.
James added: “Opening up in Leeds is a significant step for us to be recognised as a leading film production company and means we can continue to grow with our clients and expand into new sectors.”
