Global workplace provider Regus has signed a 10-year lease with Dean Clough.
Building work has already begun to convert the upper three storeys of Fearnley Mill into hi-spec, fully-equipped workspaces and meeting rooms. When complete there will be approximately 140 workstations occupying around 10,000 square feet of space.
Charlie Wardroper, business development director at Regus, said: “I’ve known Dean Clough for years as a hub of invention, work and play. It doesn’t have a dedicated business centre, so we feel we complement each other very well.”
Dean Clough’s managing director, Jeremy Hall, said: “It’s fantastic Regus will locate its centre at Dean Clough. It complements our existing offer and adds further to Dean Clough’s appeal as a vibrant centre for business.”
