One of Calderdale’s most successful business parks has been sold in a multi-million pound deal.

Lowfields Business Park in Elland has been bought by Henderson Global for £5.05 million.

The deal was brokered by GVA, an independent commercial property consultant, who helped Henderson Global secure the deal with LaSalle Investment Management for Lowfields.

Built in 2001 and covering 116,244sq ft, Lowfields has a host of big traders, including Suma, Feather Diesel, Terberg DTS (UK) Ltd and KCI Medical.

Charles Fletcher, of GVA’s investment team, said: “The deal GVA has brokered for Lowfields shows if the correct marketing approach is made, combined with the availability of a high-quality, modern site in the right location, prospective purchasers will still invest, despite the challenging market conditions.”
