High street pub Yates is set to reopen its doors in Halifax this October, following a £250,000 investment.

The venue, located on Silver Street ,will return tomorrow night (Friday), with a VIP Launch night including a free glass of Fizzecco and food canapés on arrival.

Following the large-scale refurbishment, which has created seven additional jobs for the venue, Yates Halifax will have additional seating booths and more screens for sports viewing opportunities.

Serving everything from tasty cocktails to a selection of beers, ciders and spirits alongside a menu full of favourites, the bar will give guests the perfect setting for after-work drinks with colleagues or a late-night party with friends.

There will also be a weekly programme packed full of deals. Why not Play Your Cards Right on Mondays, Tuesdays take part in a Quiz with a Twist, sing your heart out with Karaoke Wednesdays or enjoy £1.50 drinks on Thursday from 5pm–close. There will also be 2-4-1 cocktails from 8pm on Fridays
