At 11.01am on Sunday January 3 2021 CVSRT received a request from Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust (YAS) to assist with the evacuation of a woman who had suffered a hip injury whilst out walking in Hardcastle Crags.

CVSRT members were first on scene and completed an initial medical assessment of the injuries and used personal kit to provide additional warmth.
