Police support officers couldn’t believe their eyes when they spotted this handcrafted Ford Ka parked up on a street Rotherham.

They can’t tell who is responsible, as the bespoke creation has no tax or insurance, having been notified as “off road”.

Rotherham North Local Policing Team tweeted: “We know it’s summer, but home-made cabriolets are not the answer.”

Police and Rotherham Council removed the vehicle, deeming it “a dangerous structure”.

It will now be crushed.
