Clarke Carlisle speaks out on racism at Euro 2012

Chairman of the PFA, Clarke Carlisle, has spoken out over racist chanting in Poland and Ukraine.

The 32-year-old, who lives in Ripponden, is part of the Kick It Out campaign which tackles racism in football.

He has criticised the actions of fans in Poland who abused black players during an open training session by the Netherlands football team.

Mr Carlisle has urged UEFA to take a tougher line and hand out sterner punishments for those fans found dishing out racist abuse.
