Cleaners provides the bear necessities for Children in Need

A dry cleaning company will be supporting Children in Need this Friday by cleaning official Pudsey bear outfits free of charge.

Johnson Cleaners, which has shops in Brighouse and Halifax, has announced any Children in Need official charity partner who has signed up to receive a Pudsey Bear outfit can take their costume along to a Johnson Cleaners branch across where it will be expertly cleaned and cared for.

Johnson Cleaners has chosen to support the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) as their corporate charity this year.

Paul Ogle, managing director of Johnson Cleaners said: “After a successful national fundraising event for the NSPCC last month where we raised in excess of £24,000 we are delighted to be able to help support the charity, in a small, yet important way”.

Johnson Cleaners will use specialist and industry-leading processes to clean the Pudsey Bear costumes, leaving them soft and plush.
