Rachel Smith, health improvement practitioner at the Trust said, “This is a great opportunity for families with young children to come together and have some fun whilst learning about making healthy meals.

“We’ll have some really useful tips for parents on how to eat healthily on a budget and how they can plan meals to save money.

“It’s really important that we teach children from an early age the benefits of healthy eating and show them that cooking is really enjoyable – it’s also a great way to spend time together as a family.”
