60-year-olds given anti social behaviour orders in Hebden Bridge

Pensioner Elaine Grice and Robert Hann, 61,have been given the orders after committing “anti-social acts” in Hebden Bridge.

The orders given to Hann and Grice, 69, last until March 13, 2016.

The order bans them both from: l Behaving in an anti-social manner likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person in the Calderdale area.

l Acting in an intimidating matter by staring into any persons dwelling

l Displaying any sign or visible representation that he would know would cause a person harassment, alarm or distress.

l Photographing or videoing any other person without their consent.

l Inciting others to commit any of the above offences.

The pair risk arrest and custody if they break the terms of their ASBOs.
