Detective Inspector Craig Lord of Calderdale CID, said: “This is an unusual crime - in that a large number of wheels have been stolen. It is likely the thieves will now be trying to sell these on - so if you are offered alloy wheels for sale in a deal that sounds ‘too good to be true’ then I would ask you to think where they have come from and to call police.”

Call CID on 101.
