Appeal after two assaults in Halifax

Police are appealing for information after two separate assaults in Halifax.

In the first incident, two teenagers, aged 15 and 17, were attacked on Friday November 9 at 5.15pm as they were walking towards Halifax town centre.

The pair were on Haugh Shaw Road when they were approached by a group of men who asked for the time.

When the teenagers began to walk away, they group assaulted them - leaving them uninjured but shocked and shaken.

Police are keen to trace the attackers, who were described as Asian.

Officers are also appealing for information in relation to a separate incident regarding a racially aggravated assault on Manor Heath Road in Savile Park, Halifax.

Two teenagers aged 13 and 14 were walking home on Fridya November 16 at about 3.30pm to 4.20pm when they were verbally abused and then assaulted by four Asian men.

The victims were left with minor injuries but shaken.
