Axe and large amount of cocaine found in Halifax taxi by police
Two people have been arrested after an axe and a large amount of cocaine was found in a Halifax taxi.

The vehicle was stopped by officers on the A590 near Newby Bridge by the Cumbria Roads Police team.
A spokesperson for the policing team said: "After a lengthy chat with the driver and passenger they were both arrested due to one breaching his restraining order and both for possession of an axe and a large quantity of cocaine."
