Boy, 13, charged with raping child aged 6
A 13-year-old boy appeared in court charged with two counts of rape upon a six-year-old boy.
The offences are alleged to have happened at Thornes Park in Rastrick on January 12.
The defendant – who appeared before a district judge via a video link from Calderdale Magistrates Court today (Wednesday) - indicated not guilty pleas to each count of rape.
The child was bailed and will appear at Bradford Crown Court, due to the seriousness of the case, on July 31.
