Drug driver found over the limit for cocaine arrested by Calderdale police officers

Police officers in the Calder Valley seized a number of vehicles during night patrols

Overnight on Sunday January 24 and 25 officers from the Calderdale Valleys Neighbourhood Policing Unit seized three vehicles in Todmorden

The first seizure was for no insurance and the second car had not been taxed for the past 18 months.

The third car was seized for no insurance and no license which resulted in an arrest for driving over the prescribed limit of cocaine and possession of Class B drugs.

The driver was released under investigation pending results from forensic examinations.
