Michael Scott Warne (34) of Backwell Drive, Halifax, disqualified from driving for three years, given a community order, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs for driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence and driving without insurance.

Nicola Hutchinson (27) of Boothtown Road, Halifax, committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs for drink driving.

Lee David Taylor (32) of Upper Bell Hall, Halifax, given a £40 fine, £39 compensation, ordered to pay £60 costs for stealing three Yankee Candles to the value of £39 from Wilkinson’s.
