Halifax police raid unearths £85,000 worth of class A and class C drugs

A drugs warrant carried out in Halifax found tens of thousands of pounds worth of drugs in a property

Police officers from Calderdale Precision Team executed a drugs warrant at an address on Essex Street, Halifax.

More than £85,000 worth of Class A and Class C drugs were seized from the address.

A large quantity of money and designer clothing and jewellery suspected to have been purchased using money through criminal activity was also seized.

One man was arrested from the address for possession with intent to supply.
