The suspects entered the house and removed the keys for a vehicle which was subsequently stolen.

It was found nearby a short time later.

A spokesperson for the Calderdale Valleys Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "Following some excellent support by the local community in reporting suspicious activity, one male was quickly located by officers and is currently in custody for both offences.
