Man attacked in Elland taken to hospital with head and back injuries

Police are appealing for witnesses of an attack of a man in Elland.

It happened between 3pm and 3.30pm on Monday December 14 on Brooksbank Gardens, Elland.

The victim, 54-year-old man, suffered injuries to his head and back and was taken to hospital.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the assault or who was in the area at the time who may have seen anything suspicious to get in touch.
