William Neal Smith was jailed for 22 months for a number of crimes, which included breach of an anti social behaviour order, destroy/damage of property, as well as the breach of a restraining order on conviction and assault by beating.

The Crown prosecutor in the case at Bradford Crown Court was Andrew Horton, whilst the lead officer was Detective Constable Sally Rutherford.
