Man in court accused of starting blaze at Halifax library

A man has appeared in court charged with causing a fire at Mixenden Library.

Aaron Paul Foster, of Stanningley Drive, Halifax, has been accused of the arson which caused extensive damage to the public building on August 8, 2020.

He appeared before Bradford Magistrates Court yesterday.

He will next appear at Bradford Crown Court on June 1.
