A 39-year-old man has been jailed for committing more offences at Calderdale Royal Hospital.
In February Mark Cooper breached an existing anti-social behaviour order when he exposed himself to other people at the hospital while sitting in a wheelchair. And in May he made an offensive racial remark to a hospital security officer who was trying to escort him off the premises.
Judge David Hatton QC was told that Cooper, of King Cross Road, Halifax, was under the influence of amphetamine on both occasions.
Cooper admitted breaching the ASBO and a further charge of racial harassment and was jailed for a total of 10 months.
Judge Hatton said his comment to the security officer was disgraceful racial abuse towards someone carrying out their job.
The court heard that Cooper’s ASBO runs until August 2015.
