Paul Higgins, 27, of Summergate Street, Halifax has been jailed after breaching a non-molestation order for the sixth time.

The order banned him from being within 100m of his former girlfriend’s Siddal home. Bradford Crown Court heard Higgins knocked on the door of the property at six in the morning last month. That offence was committed while he was already subject to a suspended prison term. He admitted the breach and was jailed for 18 weeks. His suspended sentence was also activitated and he was given another 18 weeks in jail.
