Missing Dewsbury woman found in Leeds

Detectives searching for a missing woman last seen on New Year’s Eve in Leeds has been found.

Carly Smith, 33, from Dewsbury, was picked up by CCTV cameras leaving St James Hospital, Leeds, on Wednesday and was seen leaving the hospital grounds at about 7.21pm and was believed to be heading towards Harehills Road.

Officers had been concerned for Carly’s welfare, however, they have confirmed she has been found safe and well in Harehills this afternoon.
