Police are appealing for anyone offered an Orange mountain bicycle for sale to get in contact.
Five bikes went missing from the Calderdale area on August 6 and officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have been offered a bike for sale in a deal that was ‘too good to be true’.
Bikes offered for sale may have been in a cardboard box ready to assemble with the Orange logo on the box. The instructions for assembly of the bike will be included in the box.
Officers are currently trying to trace the bikes and anyone who recognises the description to call police on 101.
A man aged 44 has been arrested on suspicion of theft and remains on bail.
