They have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident which took place on Sunday, April 27, at around 8.30am.

The female victim was walking along Great North Road towards the A1(M) underpass with her two dogs when a man drove up behind her and got out of his vehicle with no trousers on.

He was in either a silver or grey coloured car, possibly a Ford, with a darker roof (possibly a convertible).

The woman continued walking along the underpass when the man, who was now wearing jogging bottoms, approached her. He then turned and faced the victim and indecently exposed himself.

A man officers want to speak to in connection with the incident is described as white, aged between 20 and his early 30s, 5 ft 8 ins and of a slim build.

PC 6899 Poddington of District Neighbourhood Investigations, Leeds said: “I would appeal to anyone who recognises the efit image, or who has witnessed the incident to contact police on 101.”
