Rastrick man charged with arson
A man has been charged following a fire at a property in Rastrick on Saturday night.
Nicholas Broughan, 39, of Arnold Royd, Brighouse has been charged with arson and is due to appear at Calderdale Magistrates Court today (Monday).
The incident took place at a a two-storey Housing Association flat at Arnold Royd, Rastrick, on Saturday night at 11pm.
Rastrick firefighters dealt with the fire.
