Several vehicles damaged by vandals

Police are appealing for witnesses after several vehicles were attacked on Woodlands Terrace, Boothtown, Halifax.

Officers received reports at 9.26 am on Saturday (March 8) of a vehicle having had its wing-mirror damaged the night before.

Further enquiries led to five further allegations of vehicles having been damaged - allegations included wing mirrors and bodywork damage.

Other cars were interfered with - for example having their wing mirrors bent backwards - but not left with permanent damage.

Officers want to speak to a man and a woman in connection with the incidents.

The man is described as white, aged 20 and with short dark coloured hair.

He was wearing a white coloured shirt and a black coloured jumper.

Witnesses should contact police on 101.
