Police figures have revealed the areas of Calderdale which have the highest number of people found to be in possession of weapon.

These are areas according to the figures on www.police.uk between January and end of June 2019 where reports have been made of people being in possession of weapon such as a firearm or knife. Photos are listed for illustrative purposes only and do not represent specific incidents.

There were nine recorded possession of a weapon offences in Thrum Hall between January and the end of June 2019.
Police have recorded seven possession of a weapon offences in Todmorden in the first half of this year.
Police have recorded 11 possession of a weapon offences in Sowerby Bridge in the first half of this year.
Police have recorded a total of three possession of a weapon offences in Brighouse and Rastrick areas in the first half of this year,
Police have recorded a total of five possession of a weapon offences in the Mixenden and Ovenden areas
There were 16 reported possession of a weapon incidents in Halifax between January and the end of June
There were three reported possession of a weapon incidents in Savile Park between January and the end of June
Police have recorded three possession of a weapon offences in King Cross the first half of this year.
The following areas had two reports of possession of weapon: SIddal, Norton Tower, Ovenden, Pellon, Hipperholme, Greetland, Illingwirth
The following areas had one reports of possession of weapon: Lee Mount, Ogden, Copley, Warley, Sowood, Northowram, Norwood Green Shelf
